blugrassgurrl	4:10p	28 weeks, holy crap third trimester. today was a busy day at the Dr office! we got there, drank the nasty orange drink for the glucose test, then went and had an ultrasound. he is measuring right on track, and weighs 2lbs 11oz. he was movin around alot, and we even got some good 3d pics this time!!! jason thinks he has my cheeks and his lips. after the ultrasound, went and had blood drawn for the glucose screen. will find out results monday. after that, had our prenatal visit. heard the heartbeat, it was in the 140s! talked about what kind of birth control i'll be using after this, and i think i'm gonna go with the non hormonal IUD. sounds pretty effective and easy! my blood pressure was normal, and i only gained 3 lbs since my last visit! much better than last time haha. it was a good visit, and after the radiologist looks at my ultrasound report, chances are i'll be released from pelvic rest! wooohooooo!!!!! so all in all, i am having a normal pregnancy now. i cant believe how BABY like the baby looks now!!! its becoming super real to me....im excited and WICKED nervous too. yaaaaayyyyyy!!!!! blugrassgurrl	2:20a	hungry! i really really really love my life. i mean seriously....i wonder often how i got this lucky and what i could have possibly done to deserve it!!! ultrasound tomorrow, hoping for REALLY good news!!! as long as he's growing like he should be, i'll be happy. but no more pelvic rest right before the holidays would be even BETTERRRRRRR. i also have a glucose screen to check for diabetes, and then my prenatal appt. i cannot believe i'm 28 weeks on saturday. i still have so much to do! baby shower is getting taken care of though, and my registry is done. after the baby shower, i'll decorate the nursery, and buy the rest of the stuff i'll need. i have to get that special laundry soap and wash any baby clothes in it too. our birth classes start the 4th. so i guess im not too behind, after the shower ill have a month to get everything settled! i hope anyways! im glad we decided not to paint. i have to find out if i need my rhogam shot tomorrow. i think i do. im also excited for liss since she has her first first date ever tomorrow!!!! woohoooo!!!
